A profile that builds trust

A company profile starts from a personal account and is public as soon as it is created. The verified badge is optional and free.

From the company dashboard, accepting its conditions: the company takes responsibility for its conduct on the platform.

The LicitaNow team checks the company's details, starting with its legal existence, and awards the badge or explains what is missing.

The badge shows everywhere

Next to the company name, on the profile and on every public page. It can be removed if the company breaks the rules.

How reviews work

The stars on a profile come only from clients who had a job finished with the company in the Hub. Nobody else can vote.

1The job is finishedWhen the company marks the job as finished in the Hub, the client gets a notification and an email with a link to review it.
2Only the client reviewsOne review per job: from 1 to 5 stars, with an optional comment. There is no open form, so anonymous visitors and bots cannot vote.
3The company cannot review itselfManagers, workers and former workers of the company cannot review it, even if they are set as the client of a job.
4Everything in the openClick the stars on any profile to see every review: the stars, the comment, the date and time, and who wrote it, shown as first name and surname initial (e.g. Ana C.) with their profile photo. Emails and contacts are never shown.

How to create the company profile

Enter the name, category, address, contacts and tax number (NIF). The NIF is what we use to confirm the legal existence of the company if you request the verified badge.

The profile is public as soon as you save it. To show the verified badge, request it from the dashboard: we review the details and email you the answer. If something is missing, we get in touch to fix it.
