Bids always come from companies. If you do not have one on LicitaNow yet, start here.
1Create your personal accountIt is free and covers everything: feed, tenders, marketplace and the Hub.
2Create the company profileFrom your dashboard, add the company with its name, category, address, contacts and tax number. The profile goes public as soon as you save it.
3Request the validation badgeIt is optional and free. The LicitaNow team checks the company details and the badge then appears next to its name.Submitting a quote, step by step
1Find a tenderOn the Tenders page, search or filter by category and click "Take part" on one that fits what your company does.
2Read everything carefullySee what needs doing, how much the client expects to spend, how soon they want the work done, the requirements and the project documents.
3Open "Submit my quote"The panel sits next to the tender, in three short steps. If you manage more than one company, choose the one you are bidding for.
4Enter the price and the timeWhat you charge for the whole job and how long it will take. Add notes for the client if you like: only the person who posted the tender reads them.
5Or use advanced modeItemise materials, labour, subcontractors, payment terms, warranty and validity. The total is the sum of the items.
6Send and follow upYour bid goes straight onto the tender list. You get a notification when the client picks the winner.
