One place for everyone who builds

Construction is done by many hands that rarely talk to each other. LicitaNow exists to get professionals, companies and clients speaking the same language, from the first contact to the last quote.

Why we exist

We spoke with people who work on site every day. The problems were the same, only the company name changed.

1Little communicationThere was no place where professionals in the sector could talk and share knowledge.
2Slow quotesRequesting and comparing quotes meant scattered phone calls and emails.
3Trust was hardFinding reliable companies depended on personal recommendations.
4Little transparencyYou could not see who was bidding, with what proposal, or why.
5Managing without toolsSmall and medium companies had no simple digital tools for their day-to-day work.

One platform, three fronts

Instead of solving one problem at a time, we brought community, business and management together.

Professional community

A feed where engineers, architects and technicians share their work and ask questions to people who know the subject.

Business opportunities

Open, free tenders: any client posts what they need and any company bids, in plain sight.

Company management

Tenders, portfolio, products and services in a single dashboard, and the company's operations in LicitaNow Hub.

Who it is for

Construction does not have a single type of user, so LicitaNow was designed for three profiles.

Professionals

Engineers, architects, specialised technicians and independent professionals.

Companies in the sector

Construction, engineering and architecture firms, specialised services, machinery rental and material suppliers.

Clients

Individuals planning building work, companies that need services and property developers.
