Step by step
1Sign inYou can post the tender in your own name or on behalf of a company you manage.
2Open "Create Tender"On the Tenders page, click "Create Tender".
3Describe the jobTitle, category, description and a cover photo. The clearer it is, the better the quotes.
4Location, budget and datesThe site address, how much you expect to spend, until when you accept bids and, if you like, how soon you want the work done.
5Requirements and documentsList what companies need to have and attach plans, photos or the specification.
6Click "Publish Tender"The tender is visible straight away, announced on the feed, and companies start replying.
Choosing the winner
Bids arrive in your dashboard and you get a notification for each one.
Compare
Sort by price or by time. The cheapest and the fastest are labelled.
See who is bidding
Open the itemised quote of each bid and the company profile, with portfolio, badge and reviews.
Choose
Click "Choose". The tender closes, the company is notified and the work can be tracked in the Hub.
